Description:
Nickel-based superalloys refer to high-temperature alloys ₩with high strength and good resistance to oxidation and gas corrosion in the rangeβ of 650-1000 ° C with nickel as the matrix (generally greater than 50%). Nickel-based superalloys (hereinafter referre∑d to as nickel-based alloys) were developed in the late 1930s. In 1941, the United Kingdom fλirst produced the Ni-based alloy Nimonic 75 (Ni-20Cr-0§.4Ti); in order to increase the creep strength and added aluminum, Nimonic 80 (Nπi-20Cr-2.5Ti-1.3Al) was developed. In the mid-1940s, the Soviet Union in the laδte 1940s, China also developed nickel-based alloys in the mid-1φ950s.
Nimonic80A GH80A is a high-temperature alloy with nickel-chromium as the matrix and adding aluminum and titanium t↓o form γ' phase dispersion strengthening. The aluminum c÷ontent is slightly higher than that of GH4033. The temperature is 7↕00-800 °C, and it is good at 650-850 °C. Creep resistance and oxidation resistanceα. The alloy has good cold and hot processing properties,φ and mainly supplies hot rolled bars, cold drawn bars,♠ hot rolled sheets, cold rolled sheets, strips and ring parts, etc., for manufacturing engine rotor blades, guide vane bearings, bΩolts, Parts such as blade lock plates.

Nimonic80A N0708 GH80A Variety specifications and supply status: Hot-rolled bars for blad≠es with a diameter of d20 to 55 mm and hot-rolled or forged bars with a diameter αof not more than 300 mm. The cold drawn bar is supplie↑d with a round bar of 8 to 45 mm in diameter and a hexagon©al bar with an inscribed circle diameter of d8 to 36 mm. A rolled shap♥e having an outer diameter of 1000 mm, an inner diameter of 9♣00 mm, and a height of 130 mm is supplied. A hot-rolled sheet having a thickness of nεot more than 9.5 mm, a cold-rolled sheet having a thickness of not↔ more than 4.0 mm, and a cold-rolled strip having a thickness of not more than 0.8 mm" are supplied. The hot-rolled bars of the blades are supplied without heat treatment,→ and the surfaces thereof shall be completely polished or lighted. The hot-rolled bar fo×r machining is solution-treated and supplied in a descalin÷g state. The roll ing ring and the hot-rolled, forged and cold-drawn bar are subjected to induction melting and₽ electric slag remelting, vacuum induction melting and vacuum arc remelting, or vacuum induction mλelting and electric slag remelting.

Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A Process Performance and Requirements:
Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A forming properties:
(1), Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A forging: The alloy has good fo₹rging properties. The ingot heating temperature is 1120~1150°C, and the opening and forging♣ temperature is not lower than 1000°C. The stop forging temperatur☆e is not lower than 950 °C.
(2), Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A hot-rolled sheet: rolling heating temperature 1120 ~ 1150÷ ° C, stop rolling temperature is not lower than 930 ° C.
(3), Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A turbine blade forging: turbine blade blanks should be sprayed φwith protective lubricant according to the specified proce↓ss requirements, and can be heated into the furnace after drying. The blank of the πpart is heated in the electric furnace, the furnace temperature is 800 °≤;C±20 °C, the heat preservation is 60 min, the heating temperature is 1090 °C±10 °C, the heat preservation i÷s 35 min, the open forging temperature is 1090 ° C, the forging temperature is₩ 950 ° C, and the forging is performed on the horizontal forg•ing machine. Lubricate the mold with molybdenum disulfide. The intermediate process≥ of blank forging of parts shall be solution treated, heating temperature 1130 °C ± 1≠0 °C, heat preservation for 60 min, air cooling. After blowing sand,☆ spray the protective lubricant according to the specified process requirements, and th en heat it in the oven after drying. The parts blank is then loaded, heated, and insulated↕ according to the above regulations, and final forging is performed on a crank press, and the m✔old is lubricated with molybdenum disulfide before forging.

Heat treatment process of Nimonic80A N07080 GH80A pa₹rts: The heat treatment process of the parts is carried out according to the heat treatment® system of the corresponding material technical staβndards. For sheet metal and strip stamped parts, intermediate vacuum anneal€ing is required after each forming, 1060 ° C ± 10 ° C, 10 min, argon fan co♦oling, the final heat treatment of the parts is aging treatment in$ a vacuum furnace, 750 ° C ± 10 ° C, 4 h, argon fan cooling. For the locβal work hardening of the blade after solid solution (before aging), the argon or hydrog≤en protective surface should be annealed according to the specified requirements, and the annealing temperature is 1070~1090 °C.
