Description:
Alloy 625 (UN N06625) is a kind of austenitic nickel-based super alloy, €in a wide range of corrosive environment with excellent oxidation resistanc e, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, anti-corrosion of ch₹romium and molybdenum content on the corrosion of chlorine ion has excellent δcorrosion resistance, the alloy was developed for high temperature strength, its high alloy components to a wide range of oxidation≠ and oxidation environment provides a high level of corrosion resistance♥ to chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Includes the jet engine environment and many other seawater applicσations, aviation components, chemical treatment equipment, nuclear wate₩r reaction components and chemical process applications.
The alloy 625 has excellent strength and toughness. The strength of the alloy 6Ω25 comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium on nickel-ch∞romium matrix.
From low temperature to 2000 F (1093 C).
The alloy 625 also has special fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance, used in arc and flame spray systems, produces a dense, co☆hesive coating resistant to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. These elements also cγontribute to corrosion resistance of the alloy.
