Description:
Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mai©nly divided into nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. H☆astelloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is used in aviation and c¶hemical fields. Hastelloy is the general name for the commercial gr®ades of nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys produced by Hastelloy International.

Hastelloy C22 is based on C276 to improve the chromium content of the alloy and r'educe molybdenum and tungsten, of which the carbon and antimony content is extremely lo®w, which is to improve the corrosion of strong oxidizing ↔medium of C4 and C276. Hastelloy C-22 Material Description:
C-22 alloys have outstanding resistance to pitting, seam corr★osion and stress corrosion cracking. Because of its higher chromium cont↑ent, C-22 is more resistant to corrosion than oxidizin♥g acids and acid-rich residues such as dissolved oxygen, iron io→ns and liquid chlorine. The alloy is only used in a smaller range than the C-2000. Used> in most corrosive environments and most complex pφharmaceutical reactors for flue gas desulfurization systems.
Hastelloy C-22 corrosion resistance:
The alloy is suitable for use in a variety of chemical process industrie"s containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium content make the alloy resistant to chloride ions, and the tungsten element further enhances its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-22 is one of only a few materials that£ are resistant to the corrosion of moist chlorine,λ hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. Corrosion resistance and main use environment:
The C-22 alloy has the characteristics of corrosion resistance to ×both oxidizing acid and reducing acid by virtue of the contents of Cr, Mo, W and the control of tλhe Fe content, and also has corrosion resistance when containing a mixed acid. The alloy is part→icularly suitable for pitting and crevice corrosion in acid hali÷de environments. C-22 nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, like C-276, contains tungsteλn and very low levels of carbon and silicon. It also has the same characteristicsπ: 1. Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media ★in the oxidized and reduced state. 2; Excellent resistance® to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
