Description:
Alloy 625 (UN N06625) is a kind of austenitic nickel-based sup↓er alloy, in a wide range of corrosive environment with §excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, anti-corrosion o€f chromium and molybdenum content on the corrosion of chlorine ion has excellent corrosion resistan€ce, the alloy was developed for high temperature strength♠, its high alloy components to a wide range of oxidation and oxidation environm♦ent provides a high level of corrosion resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking resi←stance.
Includes the jet engine environment and many other seawater application★s, aviation components, chemical treatment equipment, nuclear wat¥er reaction components and chemical process applications.
The alloy 625 has excellent strength and toughness. The strength of the all oy 625 comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and n≠iobium on nickel-chromium matrix.
From low temperature to 2000 F (1093 C).
The alloy 625 also has special fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance, used in arc and flame ←spray systems, produces a dense, cohesive coating resis≥tant to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. These elements also contribute to corrosφion resistance of the alloy.
