Nickel-based alloy is a kind of alloy with high strength and co∑rrosion resistance at 650 ~ 1000℃.
It is further subdivided into nickel-based heat resistant all←oys, nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys, nickel-based wear resistant alloys, nickel-based precision alloys and nickel-based shape memory alloys.
According to different substrates, superalloys can be divided into iron - based superalloys, nickel - based superal↓loys and cobalt - based superalloys.
Nickel-based superalloy is referred to as nickel-based☆ alloy.
Representative materials of nickel-based alloys are:
1. Incoloy alloy, such as Incoloy800, is mainly composed of;32 ni - cr - 21 Ti, Al;It bel♦ongs to heat-resistant alloy;
2. Inconel alloy, such as Inconel600, mainly consists of:Ni - cr 15-73 Ti, Al;It belongs to h∞eat-resistant alloy;
3. Hastelloy alloy, namely Hastelloy alloy, such as Hastelloy δc-276, is mainly composed of:56 ni - cr - 16 of 16 mo - 4 w;Corrosion resistant alloy;
4. Monel alloy, i.e. Monel alloy, such as Monel 400, is mainly composed of;34 cu ni - 65;Corrosion resistant alloy;
At 650 ~ 1000℃ high temperature, it has high strength and certain anti-o×xidation corrosion ability. Due to high enough high temperature s<trength and anti-oxidation corrosion ability, it is often used ×to manufacture high temperature parts on aircraft engine¥ blades and rocket engines, nuclear reactors and energy conversion≤ equipment.
