Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation and carbonation at elevated te¥mperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Inc¥oloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925®, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the metaφllic elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid and oxidizing ☆acid, it has good corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfu₽ric acid and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good cold and hot γworking properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main produ<cts of this alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. It is mainly used in the chemical, pe←trochemical, nuclear and rare metal refining industries.
N08811 is a full austenitic low carbon nickel-iron-chromium alloy in the same series as Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be strictly co ntrolled below 0.01%. N08811 is resistant to many corr•osive media. Its high nickel content gives it excellent resistance to str'ess corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content gives it✔ better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has φgood resistance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but has limited corrosion resistanc↓e in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion ↓in halides, it has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It≈ also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and a mixture of ste™am, air and carbon dioxide. Used in nitric acid condensers - resistant to nitric aci₹d corrosion, steam heating tubes - good mechanical properties, heating el☆ement tubes - good mechanical properties. For applications up to 500 &d↔eg; C, the alloy supply is annealed.

Metallographic structure of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely ♠low carbon content and increased Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum sensitization resistance as well as intergranular corrosion resistance∏. Low temperature annealing at around 950 °C ensures a fi↓ne grain structure.
