Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation and carbonation at elevated tempe'ratures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such a s Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy co™ntains a small amount of the metallic elements molybdenum and copper.In™ reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it has good corr☆osion resistance, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice> corrosion.It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid .The alloy has good cold and hot working properties and is easy βto be formed and welded.The main products of this alloy are rods, tubes, p₹lates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. It is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare metal refining industries.
N08811 is a full austenitic low carbon nickel-iron-chromium alloy in the same series as ¶Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be strictly controlle★d below 0.01%. N08811 is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high≈ nickel content gives it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion co'nditions. The high chromium content gives it better resistance to pit∞ting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good res≤istance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but has limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion in halides, it has good cor♥rosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It also has good corrosionφ resistance in water, steam and a mixture of steam, air and carbon dioxide. Used in ni®tric acid condensers - resistant to nitric acid corrosion¶, steam heating tubes - good mechanical properties, ♠heating element tubes - good mechanical properties. For appli∏cations up to 500 ° C, the alloy supply is annealed.

Metallographic structure of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely low carbon c↓ontent and increased Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum sensitization resi×stance as well as intergranular corrosion resistance. Low temperature annea∞ling at around 950 °C ensures a fine grain structure.
Corrosion resistance of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high nickel content gives it exc ellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The h≤igh chromium content gives it better resistance to pit↔ting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good re∑sistance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but has limited corrosion resistance in sulfu<ric acid and hydrochloric acid.
