Description:

Uniform corrosion of inconel products can occur in acidic or hot alkaline ®solutions. Through this mechanism you can predict the loss and allow it in the design. Wheπn the corrosion rate of inconel products is very slow, the metal is in a passive state, gen€erally with a higher corrosion resistance and a larger chromium content, πbut other solutes can be harmful. Inconel nickel base alloy 713
Inconel 713 is a gamma prime precipitated nickel-based cast superalloy. It has good c¥reep strength, thermal fatigue resistance and oxidation resista♦nce below 900 °C. The composition of the alloy is¥ simple, contains no cobalt, and has a low density, usually used in the as-cast state. The use of™ hot isostatic pressing (HIP) treatment and subsequent heat treatment can improve the plastiφcity and fatigue properties, and also restore the structure and performance of parts after ©long-term use of tissue degradation and performance degradation. Long-term aging at 800 °C will precipitate a small amount of σ phase, but has no significant effect on pe®rformance. The alloy is suitable for the manufacture of turbine rotor blade♣s, guide vanes and cast-mill turbines and other high temperature parts for gas turbines operatin±g below 900 °C.
