Description:
Alloy 625 (UN N06625) is a kind of austenitic nickel-based super alloy, in a wide range of corr>osive environment with excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, anti-corrosion of chromium and molybdenum ≤content on the corrosion of chlorine ion has excellent corrosion resistance, t≤he alloy was developed for high temperature strength, its high ≥alloy components to a wide range of oxidation and oxidation environment provides a high φlevel of corrosion resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking resistan±ce.
Includes the jet engine environment and many other seawater applications, aviation components, c★hemical treatment equipment, nuclear water reaction compon ents and chemical process applications.
The alloy 625 has excellent strength and toughness. The strength of the alloy 625 comes fro♣m the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium on nickel-£chromium matrix.
From low temperature to 2000 F (1093 C).
The alloy 625 also has special fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance, used in arc and flame spray sys♠tems, produces a dense, cohesive coating resistant to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. Th™ese elements also contribute to corrosion resistance of the alloy.
