S32750 (2507, F53, 1.4410) super duplex stainless steel consists of 25% chromium, 4% molybd enum and 7% nickel.
S32750 dual-phase steel has strong strength and corrosion resistance, which is mainly use☆d in chemical processing, petrochemical industry and submarine equipment.
S32750 dual phase steel has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, high ↑thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coef★ficient.
High content of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen it has high resistance to spot corrosion, cra↓ck corrosion and general corrosion.
S32750 dual-phase steel also has a high impact stren©gth and is not suitable for use at temperatures above 570 ° c, where its toughness decr≈eases over time.

904L is an austenitic alloy specially designed to resist the corrosion of pure sulfuric ac♠id.
The higher chromium and molybdenum content of S32750 d♠ual-phase steel makes it more resistant to overall corrosion of organic acids such as acid and acet✘ic acid.
S32750 duplex steel also has strong corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, especially those₹ containing chlorides.
Grade 316L cannot be used in hydrochloric acid envir•onments where it may be subject to local or global corrosion.
S32750 dual phase steel can be used in dilute hydrochloric acid environment, with strong r esistance to spot damage and crack corrosion ability.
2. Intercrystalline corrosion S32750 dual-phase steel has a lower carbon content, w÷hich greatly reduces the risk of intercrystalline car✘bide precipitation during heat treatment. Therefore, this alloy is highly r<esistant to carbon-related intercrystalline corrosion.
