S32750 (2507, F53, 1.4410) super duplex stainless steel consists of 25% chromium, 4% mol₹ybdenum and 7% nickel.
S32750 dual-phase steel has strong strength and corrosion resistance, which is mainl☆y used in chemical processing, petrochemical industry and submarine e☆quipment.
S32750 dual phase steel has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, high thermal conductiσvity and low thermal expansion coefficient.
High content of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen it has high resistance to s≠pot corrosion, crack corrosion and general corrosion.
S32750 dual-phase steel also has a high impact strengπth and is not suitable for use at temperatures above₹ 570 ° c, where its toughness decreases over time.

1. Compared with 904L, S32750 dual-phase steel has st>ronger corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid mixed with chloride ions.
904L is an austenitic alloy specially designed to resist≥ the corrosion of pure sulfuric acid.
The higher chromium and molybdenum content of S32750 dual-phase steel m♥akes it more resistant to overall corrosion of organic acids such as aci©d and acetic acid.
S32750 duplex steel also has strong corrosion resistance to in organic acids, especially those containing chlorides.
Grade 316L cannot be used in hydrochloric acid envirπonments where it may be subject to local or global corrosion.
S32750 dual phase steel can be used in dilute hydrochloric acid enviro←nment, with strong resistance to spot damage and crack corrosion abilit≥y.
2. Intercrystalline corrosion S32750 dual-phase steel has¶ a lower carbon content, which greatly reduces the risk of intercrystalline carbide♥ precipitation during heat treatment. Therefore, this alloδy is highly resistant to carbon-related intercrystalline corrosion.
3. Stress corrosion cracking: due to its high alloy content, the corrosio≈n resistance and strength of S32750 dual-phase steel are better than that of 2205.
