1050 aluminum plate contains more than 99.5% aluminum, is a kind of industrial €pure aluminum. 1050 aluminum plate has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance§, good electrical and thermal conductivity, but the strength is low. 1050 aluminum alloy material is a product in the pure< aluminum plate series, and the chemical composition and mechanical propertie£s of 1060 series products are close, and the current application is basically replaced by 106σ0 aluminum plate strip. The last two Arabic digitsε of the 1050 series are 50, and according to the international b♦rand naming principle, the aluminum content must r¶each 99.5% or more for qualified products. China's aluminum ★alloy technical standard (GB/T3880-2006) also clearly stipulates that the aluminum content of↑ 1050 reaches 99.5%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the product♦ion process is relatively single, the price is relatively cheap, and it is the most co↑mmonly used series in conventional industry. Industrial pure aluminum has the£ characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical an&d thermal conductivity, but low strength, not strengthened by heat treatment, poor machinab ility, can accept contact welding, gas welding.

Heat treatment specification:
1) Full annealing: heating 390~430℃; With the different effectiΩve thickness of the material, the holding time is 30~120min; At the speed of 30~5£0℃/h, the furnace is cooled to 300℃, and then air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating 350~370℃; With the different effective thickness of the material, the® holding time is 30~120min; Air or water cooling.
3) Quenching and aging: quenching 500~510℃, air cooling; Arti≥ficial aging 95~105℃,3h, air cooling; Natural aging at room te↕mperature 120h.

1050 pure aluminum plate is often used in daily necessities, lighting ap÷pliances, reflective panels, decorations, chemical industry con∏tainers, heat sinks, signs, electronics, lamps, nameplates, electrica<l appliances, stamping parts and other products. In some occasions that require high corrosion resistance an§d formability, but the strength requirements are not high, cβhemical equipment is its typical use.
