2 series aluminum alloy material aluminum plate is characterized by high hardness, of which the original content of copper is high, about →3-5%. 2 series aluminum plate belongs to aviation aluminum material, which is not often used in con★ventional industry. At present, there are few manufacturers producing 2 se'ries aluminum plates in China. The quality is not comparable with that of foreign countriesλ. At present, imported aluminum plates are mainly provided by South Korean and German manufactur"ers. Material property
2017 is a typical duralumin alloy in the aluminum-copp₩er-magnesium system, which has reasonable composition and good compr>ehensive properties. Many countries produce this alloy, which is the largest amount of d≤uralumin. The alloy is characterized by high strength, certain• heat resistance, and can be used as working parts below 150°C. At temperatures above 125°C, the 2017 alloy has a higher strπength than the 7075 alloy. The formability in hot state, annealing state and¥ new quenching state is better, and the heat treatment strengthening effect is remarkable, butφ the heat treatment process is strict. The corrosion resistance is poor, but the coating with™ pure aluminum can be effectively protected; Cracks are easy to occur when welding, but special pr↕ocesses can be welded and riveted. Widely used in aircraft structures, rivets, truck wheels, pro©peller components and other structural parts.

Heat treatment process
