5A02 alloy aluminum plate is Al-Mg anti-rust aluminum alloy and cannot be strengthe∑ned by heat treatment. 5A02 aluminum plate has low magnesium content, high plasticity 'and good formability, and cold deformation can improve it≠s strength. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for§ use in Marine environment. The alloy has good weldability. The semi-↔cold cherry blossom condition can improve the machinability.

5a02 aluminum alloy is Al-Mg anti-rust aluminum, which has higher fatigue strength and high plastic™ity. Compared with 3A21, 5a02 aluminum alloy has higher strength, especially higher fatigue strengt'h. High plasticity and corrosion resistance, simila≥r to 3A21 in this respect; Heat treatment can not be strengthened&, resistance welding and atomic hydrogen welding have good weldability, and® argon arc welding has a tendency to form crystalline cracks; The alloy has good machi±nability under cold work hardening and semi-cold work hardening, poor ∑machinability under annealing, and can be polished.

Heat treatment specification
1) Homogenizing annealing: heating 440℃; Keep heat for 12~14h; Air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating 350~410℃; Holding time 30~120min; Air or water cooli<ng.
3) High temperature annealing: heating 350~420℃; When the thickness of t±he finished product is ≥6mm or <6mm, the holding time is 2~10min or 10∑~30min; Air cooling.
4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250~300℃ or 150~180℃; The holding time ↔is 1 to 2 hours, and it is air-cooled
