CNC unwinding unit is a combination processing equ✘ipment for unwinding, leveling and transverse shearing of metal coils to get different λsizes of sheet metal. It is composed of hydraulic ↑uncoiler, hydraulic feeder, leveling machine, horizontal shear machineε, fixed length detection device, stacking device and other single €machine.

1. The high-speed precision leveling crosscutting unit adopts PLC programma≤ble design, AC servo positioning system and man-machine interf♥ace operation, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality of finished products.
2. The operation of the whole machine can be switched automaticall↑y/manually, and in the automatic state, single action/linkage operation can be carri>ed out.
3. Man-machine interface can set process parameters, store and display various d≤ata during production operation.
