Stainless steel seamless pipe and sewn pipe is just a seam difference?

First of all, concentricity is different. The manufacturing pβrocess of seamless pipe is the hole formed by stamping stainless steel square billet below 2200 degrees. Under this high temperature e‌ffect, the tool steel will become soft and then spiral out of the hole. The wall ↕thickness of this kind of pipe is simple and uneven, and the degree of partial p<ain is relatively high. First of all, concentricity is dσifferent. The manufacturing process of seamless pi∞pe is the hole formed by stamping stainless steel square billet below 2200 deg←rees. Under this high temperature effect, the tool steel will become so→ft and then spiral out of the hole. The wall thickness of this kind of pipe is simple and‍ uneven, and the degree of partial pain is relatively high. The joint tube is ma"de of precision cold-rolled sheet. The wall thickness difference of thes₽e cold-rolled sheets is generally about 0.002 inches, so the wall thickness dif∏ference is very small, and the wall thickness of the entire pipe is very uniform. The wall thick÷ness difference of these cold-rolled sheets is generally about 0.002 inches, so the wall< thickness difference is very small, and the wall thickne↑ss of the entire pipe is very uniform.

The difference between stainless steel seamless pipes and welded pipes also includes weldi<ng performance. In general, the chemical composition of sewn pipes a✘nd seamless pipes is different. The steel composition for  the production of seamless pipes just meets the basic requirements‌, and the stitched pipes contain chemical components suitable for welding, such as silicon, sφulfur, manganese, oxygen and triangular ferrite, if t‍hese elements are missing, a simple welding firmness will be formed↔ during the welding process.
The size of the metal particles is related to the temperature of the heat treatmen÷t and the time it is held at the same temperature. The particle size of the stitched pipe and ↓seamless pipe after annealing is the same. If the minimum cold t•reated tube is selected, the particle size after welding and the particle size of the welded metal are much smaller, otherwise the size is the same₽.
The difference between stainless steel seamless pipes and welded pip×es also includes corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance also depends on the composition of the alloy. Seam↕less pipes with the same chemical composition and welded pipes with §heat treatment have the same corrosion resistance. Welded parts of slotted steel pipes t∏hat have not been fully heat treated will simply corγrode.
The two are also different in price, under normal ci‍rcumstances, the price of welded steel pipes is not even half of seamless steel pipes, ∏and the price is still very cheap.
In fact, if the two are combined for comparison, the welded steel pipe has $more and more advantages than the seamless steel pipe. Since the welded ←steel pipe has passed a series of inspections and isσ made of cold-rolled sheet, all shortcomings are limited to the w™elding site. Seamless steel pipes are formed by stamping stainless steel b£illets, so tears in the pipe wall will be formed during knea≥ding. In addition, through the test, in most cases, the defective product passing rate αof welded steel pipes will be lower than the defective product rate of se↕amless steel pipes. In addition, under ultrasonic testing, it can be found that the backgroun✔d noise of seamless steel pipes is relatively large, so it← is difficult to find defects, and the opposite is true of welded steel pipes.
