Description:
Alloy 625 (UN N06625) is a kind of austenitic nickel-based super alloy, in a wide rγange of corrosive environment with excellent oxidation resistance, corr♥osion resistance, crack resistance, anti-corrosion of chromium and moδlybdenum content on the corrosion of chlorine ion has excellent corrosion resistance, the alloy w€as developed for high temperature strength, its high alloy components to a wide rεange of oxidation and oxidation environment provides a hi¥gh level of corrosion resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Includes the jet engine environment and many other seawater a≈pplications, aviation components, chemical treatment equipment, nuclear water reaction component≠s and chemical process applications.
The alloy 625 has excellent strength and toughness.♠ The strength of the alloy 625 comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium on nickel-chromium matrix.
From low temperature to 2000 F (1093 C).
The alloy 625 also has special fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance, used in arc and flame spray sy±stems, produces a dense, cohesive coating resistant to high temperature oxidation and corrosion&. These elements also contribute to corrosion resistance of the $alloy.
