Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT are nickel-iron chromium♥ alloys with good strength, high temperature resistance to oxidation andΩ carburization.In addition to the high carbon content of 800H in the alloy and the addition of up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium in the alloy 800§HT, all these nickel steel alloys are the same.The heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy 800 is ≥the first of these alloys, which has been slightly modified to the heat-res istant nickel-chromium alloy 800H.This modification is designed to co$ntrol carbon (0.05-0.10%) and grain size to optimize stress fracture performance.Incoly 800HT further modified the combined levels of titanium ≈and aluminum (0.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperat✔ure performance.Nickel alloy is double certified (800H←/HT), combining two forms of performance.Inchroy 800H/HT alloy for h≠igh temperature structural applications.The nickel≠ content makes the alloy highly resistant to the embrittβlement caused by chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and sigma phase precipitation.Generally e xcellent corrosion resistance.In solution annealing condition, 80<0H and 800HT have excellent creep and stress fractur₽e properties.
Provide 800H/HT alloy with double certification.Incoloy 800 is mainly ₩used in the application, the temperature as high as 1100 ° F, 800 h a₩nd 800 ht of the alloy is usually used in temperature higher than 11π00 ° F, resistance to creep and rupture is a must.The chemical& equilibrium gives the nickel steel alloy excellent anti-carburizing, anti-oxidation §and nitriding properties.Incoloy 800 ht will not become brittle, even in the us<e of long range in 1200-1600 ° F, many stainless steel become fragile.The characteristic of nic↓kel-chromium alloy is demonstrated by 800HT.When large amounts ofβ cold form, the grain size produces a distinct fluctuating surface called "orange peαel."Heat resistant nickel-chromium alloy 800HT can be used in stainless s↓teel welding process.
