Description:
Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into nickel-chromium✘ alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy has g→ood corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is used in aviatio•n and chemical fields. Hastelloy is the general name fo≤r the commercial grades of nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys produced σby Hastelloy International.

Inconel 718 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening type superalloy with long-term tempera₽ture range of -253~650°C, short-term use temperature of 800°↔;C, high strength, good toughness and high and low temperature environment belo♣w 650°C. Both have oxidation and corrosion resistance. Good processing pro'perties and weldability and long-term tissue stability.

Inconel718 process performance and requirements:
1. Due to the high content of niobium in Inconel718 a₹lloy, the degree of niobium segregation in the alloy is directly related to the metallurgicaδl process.
2. In order to avoid excessive segregation of elements in the ingot, the diameter± of the ingot used is not more than 508 mm.
3. The homogenized alloy has good hot workability, and the billet heating σtemperature of the ingot should not exceed 1120 °C.
4. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forg$ing and the final forging temperature.
5, the alloy has satisfactory welding performance, can be w™elded by argon arc welding, electron beam welding, seam welding, spot welding and other methods.
6, different alloy solution treatment and aging treatmenπt process will get different material properties. Due to the low diffusio₽n rate of the γ" phase, the Inconel 718 alloy achieves the best mechanical propertieγs through prolonged aging treatment.
