Description:
Monel k-500 is a nickel-copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion properties of t↕he Monel 400 with increased strength and hardness.
Compared to the alloy 400, the Monel k-500 has about three times the yield strπength and double the tensile strength, and the Monel K500 remains ¥at 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, maintaining toughness and toughness to minus 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The alloy k-500 also remains non-magnetic to -200 degrees Fahrenheit, and can be further strengthened by w©orking at low temperatures before precipitation hardens.
Monel K500 has good mechanical properties, hardness, corrosion resistance and long-term st±ability.
It is widely used in pump shaft, oil well tool and instrument, blade and scraper, sp'ring, valve trim, harness and Marine propeller shaft.
