Nickel-based alloy is a kind of alloy with high strength and corrosio↑n resistance at 650 ~ 1000℃.
It is further subdivided into nickel-based heat resistant alloys, nickel-bas&ed corrosion resistant alloys, nickel-based wear resistant alloys, nickel-based© precision alloys and nickel-based shape memory alloys.
According to different substrates, superalloys can be divided into ¶iron - based superalloys, nickel - based superalloys and co♣balt - based superalloys.
Nickel-based superalloy is referred to as nickel-based alloy.
Representative materials of nickel-based alloys are:
1. Incoloy alloy, such as Incoloy800, is mainly composed of;32 niδ - cr - 21 Ti, Al;It belongs to heat-resistant alloy;
2. Inconel alloy, such as Inconel600, mainly consists of:Ni - cr 15-73 Ti, Al;It b♥elongs to heat-resistant alloy;
3. Hastelloy alloy, namely Hastelloy alloy, such as Hastelloy c-276, is mainlyφ composed of:56 ni - cr - 16 of 16 mo - 4 w;Corrosion resistant alloy;
4. Monel alloy, i.e. Monel alloy, such as Monel 400, is mainly composed of;34 cu ni - 65;Corrosion resistant alloy;
At 650 ~ 1000℃ high temperature, it has high strength and certain anti-oxidation corrosion ability. Due to high enough high temperature strength and anti-oxida←tion corrosion ability, it is often used to manufacture high temperat€ure parts on aircraft engine blades and rocket engines, nuclear reactors an₩d energy conversion equipment.
