Inconel nickel base alloy 713
Inconel 713 is a gamma prime precipitated nickel-based cast superalloy. It has go↑od creep strength, thermal fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance below 900 °C. Tλhe composition of the alloy is simple, contains no cobalt, and has a l™ow density, usually used in the as-cast state. The use of ho∞t isostatic pressing (HIP) treatment and subsequent heat treatment can improve the pla→sticity and fatigue properties, and also restore the structure and performance of parts αafter long-term use of tissue degradation and performance degradation. Long-ter←m aging at 800 °C will precipitate a small amount of σ phase, but ha↓s no significant effect on performance. The alloy is suitable for the m€anufacture of turbine rotor blades, guide vanes and ±cast-mill turbines and other high temperature parts $for gas turbines operating below 900 °C.
