1, by cleaning
The surface of thick wall stainless steel pipe is cleaned by solvent and emulsion to achi≥eve the effect of removing oil, grease, dust, lubricant and similar organic matter.β Through cleaning, it can not only clean up the corrosion, oxidation, welding, etc., on the surf¶ace of the thick wall stainless steel pipe, but also play an auxiliary rolπe in anti-corrosion.
2, by pickling
Chemical and electrolytic pickling is used in two ways, of which ↕only chemical pickling can be used for pipeline anticorrosion, which can remove™ the oxide, rust and old coating on the surface of the pipe, and so metimes can be used as reprocessing after sand blasting. ©Chemical cleaning can achieve a certain degree of cleanliness and roug•hness on the surface of the steel pipe, but because of its shallow anchor pattern, it is e☆asy to cause environmental pollution.
3. Tool rust removal
Performance in the use of steel wire brush and othe♦r tools to polish the surface of the steel, can remove ™the surface of the pipe oxide, rust, welding slag, etc., hand tools can reac$h Sa2 level, power tools can reach Sa3 level, if the surface of the steel pipe attached to a solid oxide, the effect of rust removal is not significant, can not achi®eve the anticorrosive construction requirements of the ∑anchor grain shallow degree.
4, spray rust removal
Through the high-power motor to drive the jet blade high-speed rotation, so that steel balls,& steel sand, iron wire segments, minerals and other abrasives in the motor under the↔ powerful centrifuge action on the surface of the steel pipe for spra×ying treatment, not only can completely remove oxides, rust and dirt, in the abrasive im↔pact and friction can also achieve the required uniform roughness.
Jet rust removal can not only expand the physical adsorp§tion of the pipe surface, but also enhance the mechanical adhes™ion between the anticorrosive layer and the pipe suαrface, so jet rust removal is an ideal method for pipeline anticorrosion.
