Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation and carb≈onation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Incolo♦y800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the metallic elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid an♦d oxidizing acid, it has good corrosion resistance, as welβl as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking,÷ pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent corrosion← resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good cold and hot workin✔g properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of this alloy are rods, tubes,≈ plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. It is mainly used in< the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare metal ₽refining industries.
N08811 is a full austenitic low carbon nickel-iron-chromium alloy ₩in the same series as Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be strict₩ly controlled below 0.01%. N08811 is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high ≠nickel content gives it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corros✔ion conditions. The high chromium content gives it be♥tter resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to δnitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but has limited corrosion resistance in sulf→uric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion in halides, ♠it has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and no↔n-oxidizing salts. It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and a mixture of steam, air and carbon dioxide. Used in nitric acid condensers - resistant to nitric ✔acid corrosion, steam heating tubes - good mechanical propertieαs, heating element tubes - good mechanical properties. For applications up to 500₽ ° C, the alloy supply is annealed.

Metallographic structure of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely low carbon content and increased© Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum sensitization resistanc•e as well as intergranular corrosion resistance. Lo★w temperature annealing at around 950 °C ensures a fine grain structure.
Corrosion resistance of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high ni£ckel content gives it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqγueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content gives it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking.
