Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidatioαn and carbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such λas Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy84&0, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Inc✘oloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the metallic elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it has good corrosion¥ resistance, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevi'ce corrosion.It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric aci<d and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good cold and hot wo₩rking properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of tΩhis alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. I♥t is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear ÷and rare metal refining industries.

Overview of Alloy800H nickel base alloy:
Alloy800H nickel-based alloys typically contain 15 to 25 percent∏ Cr and 30 to 45 percent nickel, and contain small amounts£ of aluminum and titanium.Compared with Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is φsmaller than or equal to 0.1% and controlled to 0.05-0.1%, which improves the s♥trength of steel better.The alloy has high chromium content and sufficient ni ckel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance.In chloride, low concentratαion NaOH solution and high temperature and high pressure water, it has excellent st ress corrosion cracking resistance, so it is used for manufacturing stress co rrosion cracking resistance equipment.Corrosion resistance is better than ordinary aust♣enitic stainless steel and Inconel 600 alloy.It is better than Inco nel 600 and Monel 400 alloy in corrosion stress cracking equipment.'

Inoloy 800H features:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance in extremely high temperature wa ter-based media up to 500℃
2. Good stress corrosion resistance
3. Good processing ability
Inoloy 800H metallographic structure:
Inoloy 800H is a face-centered cubic lattice struct ure.
Extremely low carbon content and improved Ti:C ratio increase structura∏l stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and intercrystalline corrosion.
Low temperature annealing at about 950℃ ensures fine grain structure.
Inoloy 800H corrosion resistance:
Inoloy 800H can withstand a lot of corrosion media corrosion.
Its high nickel content makes it have good stress corrosion cracking resistance in water corrosion condition.
High chromium content makes it have better resistance to spot corrosion an★d crack corrosion.
The alloy has good resistance to nitric and organic acids, but limited in sulfur ic and hydrochloric acid.
In addition to the possibility of spot corrosion in halides, it has good corrosion resistance in ↑oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts.
It also has good corrosion resistance in water, st€eam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide.
Inoloy 800H hot processing
1. The temperature range is 1200℃ ~ 950℃, and the cooling mode is wat€er quenching or rapid air cooling.
2. In order to obtain the best performance and anti-creep property, solid solution treatment should be carried out after hot processing.
3. The material can be directly fed into the furnace which has bδeen heated to 1200℃. After sufficient time of heat preservation, it can be quickly released an★d processed within the specified temperature range.
When the material temperature falls below the hot working tempera✘ture, it needs to be reheated.
Incoloy 800H cold processing
1. The work hardening rate is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel, so the proc©essing equipment should be selected.
Cold processing materials should be solid solution heat treatment state, and in large amΩount of cold processing should be carried out intermediate annealing.
2. If the amount of cold processing is greater than 10%, ≈it is necessary to conduct secondary solid solution treatment on the workpiecγe.
Incoloy 800H welding process
Suitable for any traditional welding process and the same material or other metal welding, such as ↔tungsten inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas &welding, melting inert gas welding, pulse arc welding is the preferred solution.
In the case of manual arc welding, (Ar+He+H2+CO2) is recomm←ended as the protective gas.
Applications and fields of coloy 800H include:
Alloy chemical industry, nuclear generator, nitric acid cooler, acetic anh ydride cracking tube, heat exchange equipment, heat exchange tube, >etc.
