Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation• and carbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such as Incoloy80¥0, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Iβncoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the metallic₹ elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it ↔has good corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to sπtress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good coldβ and hot working properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of thΩis alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings≠, etc. It is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare metal refining indust÷ries.

Incoloy 925 is an age-strengthened iron-nickel-based alloy. Due to the combinatio©n of chromium, molybdenum and copper in the alloy, the alloy has ex↓cellent corrosion resistance of reducing chemical medium and good pitting corrosion resistance. Performance, the nickel con€tent of this alloy is sufficient to ensure its resistance to stress corrosion caused by c♦hloride ions, it is mainly used in areas requiring high strength and corrosion resistance. The Cr content of the Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickelφ-based alloy is usually 14.0-18.0% and the nickel content is↔ 24.0-26.0%. Incoloy 926 (N08926) is a nickel-based alloy co₽ntaining titanium and aluminum. It contains enough chromiuλm to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide to protect it under high tempeΩrature conditions. It is more resistant to high temperatures than conventional chrome-nickel sta♦inless steel such as 304. The higher nickel content makes it have better oxidation resista±nce than the standard 18-8 stainless steel, and its oxidation rφesistance is not inferior to the higher grades using tempeδratures up to 1900 degrees Fahrenheit (1038 ° C). alloy.

926 is an austenitic stainless steel having a similar≥ chemical composition to alloy 904L, and its nitrogen content is increased to about 0.2%, and th←e molybdenum content is about 6.5%. The increase in nitrogen and molybdenum level₩s significantly improves the resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in halide media. ☆At the same time, nickel and nitrogen not only ensure the stability of the metallographic phase,★ but also lower the tendency of the intergranular pεhase to precipitate during hot working or welding than alloys with a lower nickel nitrogen content. Excellent local corrosion resistance combined w₹ith a 25% nickel content makes Alloy 926 particularly resist✘ant to corrosion in chloride media. Tests in various FGD systems of limestone slurries with chloride concentrations of 10,000-70,000 ppm, pH values oφf 5-6, and operating temperatures of 50-68 °C indicate that alloy 926 has essentially not occu≠rred after a 1-2 year test period.
