Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation an↑d carbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has£ many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incolo→y825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Inc×oloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the met✔allic elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it ha©s good corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cra¥cking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent corrosion resisγtance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good cold and hot working properties an₩d is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of this allo♠y are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. It≠ is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear ∏and rare metal refining industries.
Incoloy 925 (N08925) Nickel-Based Alloy Overview:
Incoloy 925 is an age-strengthened iron-nickel-based alloy. Due to the combination of chromium, mol÷ybdenum and copper in the alloy, the alloy has excellent corrosion res§istance of reducing chemical medium and good pitting corr÷osion resistance. Properties, Incoloy 925 (N08925) ni∞ckel-based alloys typically have a Cr content of 19.5-23.50% and a nickel content of 42.0-26.0%♦. Incoloy 925 (N08925) alloy is a nickel-based alloy containing molybden♥um and copper with excellent thermal and cold workability. The nickel content of t÷his alloy is sufficient to ensure its resistance to stress corrosion caused by chloride ions. It i>s mainly used in areas requiring high strength and corrosion resistan≤ce.
