Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for o✔xidation and carbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825,β Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contai✘ns a small amount of the metallic elements molybdenum and copper.In reductive aci₽d and oxidizing acid, it has good corrosion resistance, as well as good resβistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent cor rosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.The all↑oy has good cold and hot working properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of this alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etσc. It is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare metal refiβning industries.
N08811 is a full austenitic low carbon nickel-iron-chromium alloy in the same series as Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be strict≈ly controlled below 0.01%. N08811 is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high nickel conte♠nt gives it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The← high chromium content gives it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The← alloy has good resistance to nitric acid and organi≤c acid corrosion, but has limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrocδhloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion in halides, it has good corro≥sion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It also has good corrosion resistanc≤e in water, steam and a mixture of steam, air and carbon dioxide. Used in nitric acid condensers - resistant to nitric acid corrosion, steam heating tubes - good mechanic al properties, heating element tubes - good mechanical properties. For applications up to 500 &δdeg; C, the alloy supply is annealed.

800HT alloy has the following characteristics:

Metallographic structure of Incoloy 800HT:
800HT is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely low carbon content and increased T¶i:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum sensit§ization resistance as well as intergranular corrosion resistance. Low temperature annealing at around 950 °C ensures a fine grain structure.
