Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation and ca•rbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy has many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Incolo★y800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incπoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy contains a small amount of the metallic e÷lements molybdenum and copper.In reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it has good cor♥rosion resistance, as well as good resistance to stress c♥orrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has excellent ₩corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.Tαhe alloy has good cold and hot working properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main pr∏oducts of this alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc. It is mainly used inσ the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare meta•l refining industries.

Overview of Alloy800H nickel base alloy:
Alloy800H nickel-based alloys typically contain 15 to 25 percent Cr and 30 t↕o 45 percent nickel, and contain small amounts of aluminum and titanium.Compared with ¥Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is smaller than or equ®al to 0.1% and controlled to 0.05-0.1%, which improves the strength of steel better.The→ alloy has high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so itλ has high high temperature corrosion resistance.In ch≠loride, low concentration NaOH solution and high temperature and• high pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cr₩acking resistance, so it is used for manufacturing stress corrosion εcracking resistance equipment.Corrosion resistance is better than ordi₹nary austenitic stainless steel and Inconel 600 alloy.It is better than Inconel 600 and Monel 400 a₽lloy in corrosion stress cracking equipment.

Inoloy 800H features:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance in extremely high temperatur'e water-based media up to 500℃
2. Good stress corrosion resistance
3. Good processing ability
Inoloy 800H metallographic structure:
Inoloy 800H is a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
Extremely low carbon content and improved Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and intercrystalline corrosion.
Low temperature annealing at about 950℃ ensures fine grain structure.
Inoloy 800H corrosion resistance:
Inoloy 800H can withstand a lot of corrosion media corrosion.
Its high nickel content makes it have good stress corrosion crac∞king resistance in water corrosion condition.
High chromium content makes it have better resistance to ↓spot corrosion and crack corrosion.
The alloy has good resistance to nitric and organic aci$ds, but limited in sulfuric and hydrochloric acid.
In addition to the possibility of spot corrosion in halides, it has good corrosion resista₩nce in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts.
It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and mixtures of steam,★ air and carbon dioxide.
Inoloy 800H hot processing
1. The temperature range is 1200℃ ~ 950℃, and the cooling mode is wat♣er quenching or rapid air cooling.
2. In order to obtain the best performance and anti-cr♦eep property, solid solution treatment should be carried out aft↓er hot processing.
3. The material can be directly fed into the furnace which has been heated to 1200↔℃. After sufficient time of heat preservation, it can be quickly released and proce★ssed within the specified temperature range.
When the material temperature falls below the hot working temperature, it needs to be reheated.
Incoloy 800H cold processing
1. The work hardening rate is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel, so the" processing equipment should be selected.
Cold processing materials should be solid solution heat treatment state↔, and in large amount of cold processing should be carried out< intermediate annealing.
2. If the amount of cold processing is greater than 10%, it is necessary to conduct secoσndary solid solution treatment on the workpiece.
Incoloy 800H welding process
Suitable for any traditional welding process and the sam¶e material or other metal welding, such as tungsten inert gas welding,£ plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas welding, meltiπng inert gas welding, pulse arc welding is the preferred solution.
In the case of manual arc welding, (Ar+He+H2+CO2) is recommended as the protective gas.
Applications and fields of coloy 800H include:
Alloy chemical industry, nuclear generator, nitric acid cooler, acetic anhydride crackin≠g tube, heat exchange equipment, heat exchange tub★e, etc.
