Inconel nickel base alloy 713
Inconel 713 is a gamma prime precipitated nickel-based cast superalloy. It has good creep strength, thermal fatigue resistance and oxidation re≈sistance below 900 °C. The composition of the alloy is' simple, contains no cobalt, and has a low density, usually used in th↔e as-cast state. The use of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) ±treatment and subsequent heat treatment can improve the plasticity and fatigue properties,≥ and also restore the structure and performance of parts after lo ng-term use of tissue degradation and performance degradation. Long-term aging at 800 &de∏g;C will precipitate a small amount of σ phase, but has no significant effect on perfor"mance. The alloy is suitable for the manufacture of turbine rotor blaαdes, guide vanes and cast-mill turbines and other high temperature parts for gas ∞turbines operating below 900 °C.

Application Overview and Special Requirements
The alloy has been widely used as aerospace, ground and offshore gas turbine turbine blades, gui✘de vanes and cast rotors below 900 °C. It is also widely used as a turbocharger and a hot ∑extrusion die for diesel and gasoline engines. The alδloy has been proved by long-term production and use of more tεhan ten tons of more than ten manufacturers, and the met÷allurgical quality is stable and the performance is reliable. The INC®0713C alloy equivalent to this alloy is widely used abroad as a variety of a₽ero-engine turbine blades and guide vanes. When the alloy is used for a long time under hot corrosion conditions, it must have a protective coating.
