Description:
Incoloy is a nickel ferrochrome alloy designed for oxidation and >carbonation at elevated temperatures.Incoloy alloy¶ has many kinds: common such as Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incolo©y925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6mo, etc.The alloy ←contains a small amount of the metallic elements molybdenum and coppeδr.In reductive acid and oxidizing acid, it has good corrosion resistance÷, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.It has ↔excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.The alloy has good cold an♠d hot working properties and is easy to be formed and welded.The main products of thisβ alloy are rods, tubes, plates, strips, wires and forg"ings, etc. It is mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and rare metal refining industries.

Overview of Alloy800H nickel base alloy:
Alloy800H nickel-based alloys typically contain 15 to 25 percent Cr and 30 to 45 percent nickel, and contain small amounts of ₩aluminum and titanium.Compared with Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is smalπler than or equal to 0.1% and controlled to 0.05-0.1%, wh>ich improves the strength of steel better.The alloy has high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion r esistance.In chloride, low concentration NaOH solution and high temp"erature and high pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cr acking resistance, so it is used for manufacturing stress corrosion craαcking resistance equipment.Corrosion resistance is better than ordinary austenitic stainless£ steel and Inconel 600 alloy.It is better than Inconel 600 and Monel 400 alloy in corrosion s↓tress cracking equipment.

Inoloy 800H features:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance in extremely high temperature water-based media up t✘o 500℃
2. Good stress corrosion resistance
3. Good processing ability
Inoloy 800H metallographic structure:
Inoloy 800H is a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
Extremely low carbon content and improved Ti:C ratio increase structur₹al stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and intercrystalline corrosion .
Low temperature annealing at about 950℃ ensures fine grain structure.
Inoloy 800H corrosion resistance:
Inoloy 800H can withstand a lot of corrosion media corrosion.
Its high nickel content makes it have good stress cδorrosion cracking resistance in water corrosion condition.
High chromium content makes it have better resistance to spot corrosion and crack corrosion.
The alloy has good resistance to nitric and organic acids, but limited in sulfuric and hy≈drochloric acid.
In addition to the possibility of spot corrosion in halides, it has good corrosion resistance >in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts.
It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and mixtures of steam, air and< carbon dioxide.
Inoloy 800H hot processing
1. The temperature range is 1200℃ ~ 950℃, and the cooling mode is water quenching or rap¶id air cooling.
2. In order to obtain the best performance and anti-creep proπperty, solid solution treatment should be carried out after hot procΩessing.
3. The material can be directly fed into the furnace whi ch has been heated to 1200℃. After sufficient time of→ heat preservation, it can be quickly released and processed withπin the specified temperature range.
When the material temperature falls below the hot working temperature, it needs to be reheated.
Incoloy 800H cold processing
1. The work hardening rate is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel, so the pr≤ocessing equipment should be selected.
Cold processing materials should be solid solution heat treatmδent state, and in large amount of cold processing should be carried out∏ intermediate annealing.
2. If the amount of cold processing is greater than 10%, it is necessary to conduct secondary solidΩ solution treatment on the workpiece.
Incoloy 800H welding process
Suitable for any traditional welding process and the same material or other metal we lding, such as tungsten inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal ←inert gas welding, melting inert gas welding, pulse arc welding is the pref∑erred solution.
In the case of manual arc welding, (Ar+He+H2+CO2) is recommended as the protective gas.
Applications and fields of coloy 800H include:
Alloy chemical industry, nuclear generator, nitric acid ↑cooler, acetic anhydride cracking tube, heat exchange equipment, heat exchange t•ube, etc.
