Description:
1. Incoloya-286 nickel-based alloy is fe-25ni-15cr superalloy, which i$s comprehensively strengthened with molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium an¥d trace boron.Under 650℃, it has high yield strength, Ωdurable and creep strength, good machining plasticity and satisfactory welding performance.Suita¶ble for manufacture of high temperature bearing parts ≈of aero engine under 650℃, such as turbine disc, press disc, ✔rotor blade and fastener, etc.The alloy can produce deformed products of various shapes,& such as plates, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings.Incoloya-286 nickel-b<ased alloy improves alloy purity, limits gas contentφ, controls low-melting point element content, and adjusts heat treatment system, so as to improve t♣he thermal strength and long-term performance of the alloy.
