1, corrosion resistance   

Most stainless steel products require good corrosion resistanc≥e.  Stainless steel pipes similar to class I and II cutlery, kitchen appliances, water ‍heaters, water dispensers, etc.  Some foreign merchants also test the product fo♦r corrosion resistance: use NACL aqueous solution to warm to boiling, after a period of time th♥e solution is to drain, wash and dry, determine weight loss to↔ determine the degree of corrosion.
 
 2. Welding machinability  

Welding performance requirements vary from product to prλoduct.  A tableware usually does not require ÷welding properties, even for some pot enterprises.  However, most pr★oducts require raw materials with good welding performance, such as class II tableware, thermos↕ cups, steel pipes, water heaters, drinking machines and so on.
 
 3, polishing  

At present, stainless steel products are generally polished in the production process, only a ±few products such as water heaters, water dispensers lining do not neσed to be polished.  Therefore, this requires gβood polishing properties of the raw material.  ₩ 

The polishing performance is affected for the following three reasons:
 
 (1) There are problems on the surface of raw materi©als: scratches, damage, immersion, etc.;   (2) Stainless st₩eel pipe raw material hardness is low, BQ is not good, deep dr€awing is prone to orange peel phenomenon, affecting the BQ perform↓ance of continuous square steel pipe, high hardness will be better. &nb sp; (3) Black spots may appear on the surface of the stainless steel tube after deep drawin‌g, which affects the BQ attribute of the stainless steel tube.
