1, stainless steel welded pipe pickling passivation

Pickling passivation can produce a thin, dense and h&ard passivation film on the inner and outer walls of pipes and pipe fittings. The existence of​ passivation film is the fundamental reason for preventing corro"sion of stainless steel pipe fittings.

2. Gas shielded welding

Under the gas protection, the chromium and nickel on the surface of the stainless steel will not  be oxidized during welding, which retains the orig<inal characteristics and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.♠

3, sealing material

The sealing material is the key point of the service life of the ♥stainless steel pipeline, and the service life of the sealing material de∏termines the service life of the stainless steel pipeline. Our stainless ste∏el pipe fittings use chlorinated butyl sealing rings imported from abroad, the physical pro↓perties of the material are much higher than the domestic rubber materia₹l.

4, bright solid melting
